Each additional mile is charged at $3/mile. If scheduling allows, we are willing to travel all throughout Central and Southern California.

However, it is important to note that our availability operates on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your desired date, we recommend booking us as early as possible. Once you have made a non-refundable 50% deposit, your reservation will be confirmed, and your chosen date will be reserved.

To power Little Acorn Bar, we kindly request access to a standard 120v outlet located within 100 ft. This is our preferred method of powering the caravan as it ensures minimal noise and reliable electricity throughout your event. However, if a 120v outlet is unavailable at your venue, we can provide a generator as an alternative for an extra fee. It's important to note that generators do produce some noise, which is why we recommend utilizing a 120v outlet whenever feasible.
