We are based in Oceanside, CA. The primary areas that we serve include San Diego, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. Our rates include 35 miles of drivetime each way. Each additional mile is charged at $3/mile. If scheduling allows, we are willing to travel all throughout Central and Southern California.

Due to state laws, we cannot supply or sell alcohol. It will be necessary for you to buy the alcohol from an independent vendor such as a store, caterer, or your venue. Our skilled bartenders will handle the mixing and serving of the beverages using the alcohol you provide. We will assist you in every step leading up to your alcohol purchase. We will guide you in determining the types and quantities of alcohol needed, as well as the appropriate delivery timing and location. Rest assured, we'll take care of all the prepping work to ensure a seamless experience for you.

Yes, Little Acorn Bar is proudly operated as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) and is fully covered by General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients and their guests. Moreover, our bartenders hold RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification, ensuring that they are well-trained in responsible alcohol service practices.

We are able to serve private events, catering to a diverse range of occasions. Whether it's a wedding, birthday party, baby or bridal shower, corporate gathering, fundraiser, or any other private event, we are here to serve you. We can also tow Little Acorn Bar to public events, but please note we cannot serve alcohol if the event is open to the public.

Yes, Little Acorn bar has two taps that can serve two slim quarter kegs. Additional kegs can be kept on ice until served.

We understand that each event is unique, and we strive to accommodate your specific requirements and coordination needs to the best of our ability. However, it is important to note that our availability operates on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your desired date, we recommend booking us as early as possible. Once you have made a non-refundable 50% deposit, your reservation will be confirmed, and your chosen date will be reserved.

To power Little Acorn Bar, we kindly request access to a standard 120v outlet located within 100 ft. This is our preferred method of powering the caravan as it ensures minimal noise and reliable electricity throughout your event. However, if a 120v outlet is unavailable at your venue, we can provide a generator as an alternative for an extra fee. It's important to note that generators do produce some noise, which is why we recommend utilizing a 120v outlet whenever feasible.
