Packages

Just the Wheels

Our most cost effective option, providing you with the Little Acorn Bar only.  Bartenders and service not included.  Use the caravan as a self-serve bar or a photoshoot backdrop!

Pricing starting at $1250 for the caravan bar

    • The beloved Little Acorn Bar

    • We will drop off the bar and pick it up when your event is over

    • 35 miles of travel time each way. Additional mileage billed separately at $3/mile

Pour

Our simplest beverage and service package including beer, wine, and champagne pour service.

Pricing starting at $1000 for the caravan bar +$4.99 per guest

    • Beer, wine, and champagne pour service

    • Two tap keg system

    • 3 soft drink options of your choice

    • Ice, and cooler(s)

    • Water station

    • Napkins, compostable straws, and clear disposable cups

    • Customized menu display

    • Certified bartending staff and bar equipment

    • 4 hours of bartending service not including setup and breakdown. Each additional hour billed separately at $150/hour

    • Guidance on alcohol selection* (quantities, types, estimated pricing)

    • 35 miles of travel time each way. Additional mileage billed separately at $3/mile

    • Electric hookups (Preferred and quietest method. A generator can be provided for an extra fee if electrical hookups are not available)

    • General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance

Pour + Mix

Our Pour + Mix Package combines everything from our Pour Package, which includes beer, wine, and champagne pour service, with the added bonus of our Mix Package. This package ensures all your guests will have access to their favorite classic cocktails.

Pour + Custom Cocktails

Our Pour + Custom Cocktail Package combines our Pour package with two unique custom cocktails/mocktails, crafted in collaboration with you to delight your guests.

Pricing starting at $1000 for the caravan bar +$7.99 per guest

    • Beer, wine, and champagne pour service

    • Two crafted signature cocktails

    • All ingredients required for signature cocktail preparation including needed mixers and garnishes

    • Two tap keg system

    • 3 soft drink options of your choice

    • Ice, and cooler(s)

    • Water station

    • Napkins, compostable straws, and clear disposable cups

    • Customized menu display

    • Certified bartending staff and bar equipment

Please note that in accordance with California ABC law, we do not provide or sell alcohol directly. However, our comprehensive services include custom menu planning, drink selection, and assisting you in determining the necessary quantity of alcohol you will need to buy for your event.  You provide the alcohol, we’ll take care of the rest!
